SAXSA SHIPPING POLICY
Every SAXSA piece is handmade in Berlin and one-of-a-kind. We ship each order fully insured and trackable, to ensure your piece arrives safely.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Germany: €7 (insured & trackable)
- European Union: €15 (insured & trackable)
- International: €25–35 depending on destination (insured & trackable)
CARRIERS
We ship with premium carriers (DHL Express, UPS, or equivalent) to guarantee fast and secure delivery. Every package includes tracking and insurance.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- EU: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
We do not assume any responsibility for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
