SAXSA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each SAXSA design is unique, handmade, and created with intention. We want you to feel aligned with your piece. In accordance with EU law, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be insured and trackable.
- If the item arrives faulty or damaged, SAXSA covers the return shipping and will arrange a refund or replacement where possible.
- Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, exchanges are only possible if a comparable piece is available.
- We are not taking responsibility over jewelry that got damaged by customers after purchasing

- All returns must be requested in advance. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified by email when your refund has been approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
